Vegan Recipe: Momma Said, “Eat Your Veggies” Juice

We’ve all heard it – “Eat your veggies.”  This thirst quenching, nutrient rich, full of goodness juice will give you just the boost you need.  Besides, Momma is always right.

Vegan Recipe: Momma Said, “Eat Your Veggies” Juice

Ingredients:

  • 2 big handfuls of spinach
  • ½ cup parsley, chopped
  • 1 rib of celery
  • 1 thumb of ginger, skin peeled
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 medium cucumber
  • 4 apples
  • Ice cubes (optional)

Directions:

In a juicer, place all ingredients except optional ice cubes in a juicer until juiced.  Serve in your favorite wine goblet or other favorite glass of choice. If desired, add ice cubes for a refreshing cold beverage.
