Did you know that cavities don’t always have to be filled? It can be as simple as eating the right diet to mend your molars. Just ask Ramiel Nagel because, after all, a father knows best. When Mr. Nagel’s little girl started developing cavities early in life, he got passionate about tooth-truth.

    A Father’s Love

Rather than subjecting his one-year-old daughter to anesthesia and fillings, Ramiel researched the underlying cause and methods of healing them. What started out as a father attempting to soften the pain turned into a groundbreaking book, Cure Tooth Decay: Heal and Prevent Cavities with Nutrition. This Mr. Nagel is a dental health educator who imparts a treasure trove of wisdom about healing and preventing cavities with your everyday diet. “As long as the tooth nerve is still vital, there are much less invasive treatments (than root canals) for many people. By switching their diets, the pain and inflammation can completely go away.” His tooth decay research has been featured in many media outlets including Nexus Magazine and Fox Business News. He has two very informative websites: www.curetoothdecay.com and www.healingourchildren.org .

Making sure that we are getting a team of nutrients in one meal is the key to filling in the gaps. Today most family are eating foods that are sorely lacking in nutrients making them prone into oral cavities. But some of us would thought that tooth decay is not curable, cavities could not heal, and the only way to fix oral health problems was through modern dentistry and good dental hygiene. But it could also be reversed with the right supplementation and nutrition in our body which will allow to heal our teeth. So with the right diet plan and a good dental hygiene we will be all undefeated by oral diseases.
