I am SO looking forward to this call! I started researching gluten a few years ago and that research intensified when my daughter was diagnosed with Celiac (and then me), but my research started telling me that this stuff really isn’t good for anyone and is probably causing problems for SO many people that are clueless that it could be related to their morning “healthy” cereal. I’m not clear tough if for someone who is not gluten sensitive or celiac if there needs to be 100% avoidance or if rotating it through the diet occasionally the way people who are concerned with not overdoing it with other grains and foods (may call it a rotational diet) is an okay thing to do.
