This is a 6-Week program including a week of preparation where we make sure you're familiar with all the elements of the program, comfortable getting acquainted with how communication will work during the upcoming weeks and then we take the time to help you prepare your calendar, your space and your body for the journey ahead.

Week #1 ~ Earth:
Grounding, Stability, Concentration
The element for this week will be Earth which means we'll be toning and strengthening the thighs and butt!
We'll also focus on stabilizing and creating deep, powerful roots!

Fluidity, Gracefulness, Cooling, Calming, Centered Awareness
The element for this week will be Water which means we'll be toning and strengthening the waist line, hips, low back and pelvis!
We'll also focus on creativity, sensuality, and passion!
And you'll receive some important information about the
element of Water and how it relates to our bodies and our Ayurvedic doshas.

Week #3 ~ Fire:
Rhythmic Movement and Breathing, Intensity, Heating, External Awareness

The element for this week will be Spirit which means we'll be going a bit deeper. In addition to the physical exercises which will combine all the elements and muscles groups, we'll also explore some simple meditations, visualizations, and breathing exercises.

about the element of Spirit (space) and how it relates to our bodies and our doshas.
